💨 Abstract

In Punjab, by-elections are being held for four assembly segments on November 20. The polling began at 7 am and will end at 6 pm. The seats are vacant as the incumbent lawmakers were elected to the Lok Sabha. As of 9 am, an eight percent turnout was recorded. Over 6,400 police personnel and 17 companies of Central Armed Police Forces are deployed.
