💨 Abstract

In Punjab, by-elections for four assembly segments were held on Nov 20, with 59.67% voter turnout recorded till 5 pm. The polls were largely peaceful except for a minor clash between AAP and Congress supporters in Dera Baba Nanak. The election is seen as a litmus test for Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, with stakes high for the main opposition Congress and BJP.
