An industrialist in Ludhiana, Rajnish Ahuja, was defrauded of INR 1.01 crore by imposters posing as Delhi airport and police officials. The fraudsters claimed that a courier containing 16 passports and 58 ATM cards, allegedly sent by Ahuja, was seized at the airport and that extortion money was deposited in his account.
