Punjab Police has invoked the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act against Amritpal Singh, a radical preacher and jailed Khadoor Sahib MP, in the murder case of Sikh activist Gurpreet Singh Hari Nau. Nau was a member of the 'Waris Punjab De' outfit and was shot dead in Faridkot district last year.
