Rahul Gandhi, the Congress leader, met patients and their families camped near AIIMS in Delhi due to lack of hospital facilities. He accused the central and Delhi governments of insensitivity towards them, claiming they have failed in their responsibility to the public. Gandhi expressed concern over the patients' conditions, including the cold, hunger, and forced sleeping on roads and footpaths.
