💨 Abstract

A court in Mumbai has ordered the referral of former RPF constable Chetansinh Chaudhary to the Thane mental hospital for medical examination, as Akola prison authorities confirmed he was suffering from a mental disorder. Chaudhary is accused of shooting dead a colleague and three passengers on the Jaipur-Mumbai Central Superfast Express in July 2023.
