An assistant office superintendent named Narsi Meena, aged 59, allegedly committed suicide at the North-Western Railway headquarters in Jaipur. He hanged himself from a fire hose and left a suicide note claiming harassment and denial of leave for his daughter's wedding. Meena was about to retire in a year and was reportedly denied leave multiple times by his seniors, according to his colleagues and family. Police are investigating the incident.
