💨 Abstract

In Rajasthan's Barmer district, a Dalit man named Shrawan Meghwal was allegedly tied upside down from a tree and beaten up. The incident was captured on video, prompting the registration of a case against five to six individuals. Preliminary investigations suggest the accused accused Meghwal of theft, and the victim has filed a complaint. Further investigation is ongoing.
