💨 Abstract
IAS officer Ravindra Telang has been appointed as the new chief secretary of Sikkim, replacing VB Pathak who retires on December 31. Telang, from the 1995 batch, was the additional chief secretary in charge of the Education Department. Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang congratulated Telang and expressed confidence in Sikkim's progress under his leadership.
