In Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, a rusted anti-tank mine and an old mortar shell were found and safely defused by authorities on Monday and Sunday respectively. The anti-tank mine was discovered by a farmer near the Regal border outpost, while the mortar shell was found in Balole Khad in Bari Brahmana area. The BSF unit and bomb disposal squad of police handled the defusing process.
