Congress leader Sachin Pilot expressed optimism about the party forming a government in Haryana with a significant majority and also winning in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly polls with its alliance. He stated that the elections in both states are "elections for a change" and pointed out that the Centre is ruling people in Jammu and Kashmir through the governor.
