💨 Abstract

In Maharashtra's Beed district, three individuals were remanded in 14-day CID custody for the murder of sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh. Deshmukh was killed on December 9 while attempting to prevent an extortion attempt on an energy firm running a windmill project.
