💨 Abstract

Walmik Karad, an associate of Maharashtra minister Dhananjay Munde, was remanded in custody for seven days by a special court in Beed, following allegations that he was in contact with the killers of Santosh Deshmukh, who was murdered due to being perceived as an obstacle in a plan to extort Rs 2 crore from an energy firm.
