💨 Abstract

Four life convicts in Jharkhand have moved the Supreme Court, claiming that the Jharkhand High Court has not pronounced verdicts on their appeals against conviction, reserved in 2022. The convicts, who have served prison terms ranging from 11 to 16 years, belong to scheduled tribes or other backward classes communities.
