💨 Abstract

The Supreme Court expressed displeasure over the disconnect between the prosecution and the government counsel in a criminal case in Telangana. The court asked the DGP of Telangana to appear before it and directed the state's counsel to provide complete details of the matter, as the counsel was unable to provide relevant dates when charge sheets were filed. The court will hear the matter on October 4.
