💨 Abstract

The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered the release of a man who spent 25 years in prison for a murder he committed as a juvenile. The court found that the convict, Om Prakash alias Raju, was a minor at the time of the crime and that the trial court and high court erred in their rulings.
