💨 Abstract

The Supreme Court has granted interim relief to Telugu actor Mohan Babu, directing Telangana police not to take coercive action against him in a case of assaulting a journalist. The high court had earlier dismissed his anticipatory bail application. The actor, through his lawyer Mukul Rohatgi, claimed he threw a mic at the journalist in a heated moment during a dispute with his son and media persons.
