The Supreme Court of India has ruled that watching and downloading child pornography are offenses under the POCSO Act and the information technology law. This landmark verdict, initiated by Bhuwan Ribhu, petitioner and founder of Just Rights for Children Alliance, is expected to have a lasting impact globally in preventing and protecting children from transnational organized crimes.
