The Supreme Court of India expressed concerns about e-commerce giant Flipkart potentially creating monopolies and harming smaller players in the market. A bench led by Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh appointed an amicus curiae to assist in examining a dispute stemming from an NCLAT order that directed the CCI to probe Flipkart for alleged misuse of its dominant position.
