💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a plea seeking a CBI probe into the alleged murders of three Dalit family members in Madhya Pradesh. The petitioner claims that a former home minister of the state, now an MLA, is influencing and threatening witnesses. The family alleges that their son, daughter, brother-in-law, and other relatives were killed, molested, and subjected to constant pressure and intimidation.
