💨 Abstract
The Odisha Police Association has called for the immediate withdrawal of suspension orders on five police officers allegedly involved in the torture of an Army officer and sexual harassment of his fiancée at Bharatpur police station. The association argues that the suspension is unjust as the investigation is ongoing, and the officers should not be punished until proven guilty. Retired police officers have also voiced similar concerns, urging the authorities to revoke the suspensions.
