💨 Abstract
The Madras High Court has quashed a Labor court order that reversed the findings of HCL Technologies' Internal Complaints Committee against a Service Delivery Manager, N Parsarathy, who was accused of sexual harassment. The High Court found that Parsarathy was not given a fair opportunity to defend himself and set aside the sexual harassment complaints.
