The Bombay High Court has granted bail to sculptor Jaydeep Apte, who created a 28-feet statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Malvan that collapsed in August 2022. Apte's plea claimed the statue fell due to gusty winds and no one was injured in the incident. The statue, worth Rs2.44
