💨 Abstract
Bypolls for the Soreng-Chakhung and Namchi-Singhithang assembly constituencies in Sikkim have been scheduled for November 13. The vacancies were caused by the Chief Minister retaining Rhenock constituency and the CM's wife's resignation. The ruling Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) expressed confidence in winning both seats, citing the state's progress under the CM.
