💨 Abstract

On January 16, President Droupadi Murmu welcomed Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam to the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Murmu stated that Singapore is a key pillar of India's Act East policy and their shared belief in democratic values strengthens their relationship. Both countries have elevated their bilateral relationship to a comprehensive strategic partnership and have established a ministerial roundtable dialogue mechanism.
