đź’¨ Abstract
ISRO aims to bring two SpaDeX satellites closer, currently at a distance of 1.5 km, for docking on January 11. The SpaDeX mission, launched on December 30, 2024, aims to demonstrate in-space docking technology essential for India's space ambitions such as lunar exploration and building a space station. The docking process has been delayed due to unforeseen drift between satellites.
