On March 12, in Bihar's Patna district, a speeding vehicle struck a shepherd and 17 sheep, killing them instantly. Ten sheep were injured in the accident, which occurred around 3 am on the Gaya-Dhobhi road in Punpun area. The shepherd, identified as Mithilesh Bhagat, also died in the incident.
