💨 Abstract
Union Minister Kiren Rijiju criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, claiming that his presence in Parliament has led to a decline in the quality of debates in the Lok Sabha. Rijiju alleged that Gandhi is not capable of debating and relies on chits from NGOs. He also accused Gandhi of having no right to speak on issues related to Dalits, tribals, the Constitution, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.
