💨 Abstract

The FBI and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Harpreet Singh, alias Happy Passia, a suspected terrorist linked to two international terrorist groups, in Sacramento, California. Passia is accused of orchestrating over a dozen attacks on police installations and personnel in the state of Punjab, India. Indian investigating agencies are yet to receive an official notification of his arrest.
