💨 Abstract

Thane police have arrested ten individuals, including two suspended Mumbai fire brigade employees, for the kidnapping of a builder's son. The main suspects, who were suspended in a recruitment scam two months ago, allegedly planned the kidnapping to pay back debts. The kidnappers demanded a ransom of Rs 40 crore but later agreed to accept Rs 2 crore.
