💨 Abstract
The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has ordered the police commissioner of Gautam Buddha Nagar to investigate complaints about commercial activities disguised as Durga Puja events in a public park, which are considered essential "lungs" of the area. The directive follows a resident's complaint alleging no action was taken despite complaints to the police and the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority.
