💨 Abstract
In Kerala, Transport Minister K B Ganesh Kumar has disagreed with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's view that temple customs should evolve with the times. Kumar suggests that temple practices should be decided by tantris, not the government. The opposition leader in the Kerala Assembly, V D Satheesan, and Congress leader K Muraleedharan have also supported the idea that temple customs should be determined by the tantris.
