💨 Abstract
The Madhya Pradesh High Court has denied bail to an alleged member of an ISIS-linked terror module, Syed Mamoor Ali. The court's order stated that terrorism based on religion arises from hateful thoughts towards other religions. Ali, arrested by NIA in May 2023, is accused of conspiring to attack an Ordnance Factory and procure weapons.
