In Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, a stampede during a temple event, Vaikunta Dwara Darshanam, resulted in the deaths of four devotees, including three women, and injuries to several others. The incident occurred on Wednesday night as hundreds of devotees from across the country fought for tickets. Videos of first aid being administered and injured persons being transported in ambulances went viral.
