Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi walked out of the Assembly without delivering his customary Address, protesting alleged disrespect to the Constitution and the national anthem. Members of the main opposition AIADMK raised slogans, leading to their eviction, while Congress party members wore black badges and raised slogans against the Governor. The Governor's tweet accused the Assembly of insulting the Constitution and national anthem, and he walked out in protest.
