A Delhi resident named Mohammad Raahim Rafi has filed a police complaint against a cab driver in Himachal Pradesh's Kangra district, alleging harassment, attempted robbery, and misbehavior towards women in his family. The incident occurred during a four-day trip planned by a travel agency, where the driver demanded additional payments and engaged in inappropriate behavior. The travel agency failed to take action when informed about the incident.
