National Conference President Farooq Abdullah announced that the Katra-Sangaldan train service, connecting Jammu and Kashmir with the rest of the country, is likely to be delayed by a few months and will start operations in April with the onset of the tourism season. He also criticized the BJP government over the return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri pandits and job creation.
