💨 Abstract

A Tripura State Rifles (TSR) jawan and his elder brother were sentenced to 20 years in prison for repeatedly raping a 14-year-old girl, leading to her pregnancy. The incident occurred when the girl stopped at their house for water on her way home from school. The younger brother, also a TSR jawan, witnessed the rape and later blackmailed and raped the girl multiple times.
