💨 Abstract

Arunachal Pradesh Police arrested two individuals for creating and circulating a pornographic video using a girl's photograph on social media platforms. The video was initially shared on Telegram for payment. The main accused, along with another person, was apprehended from Naharlagun on Friday. The devices used for creating fake accounts and distributing the video have been seized as evidence.
