In Raipur, Chhattisgarh, two crane operators, Somu Rai (30) and Jitendra Sriwas (32), were killed after hot slag from a furnace fell on them at the Hindustan Coils Limited industrial unit late Saturday night. The accidental death report has been registered, and the bodies have been sent for postmortem. The officials are investigating further.
