Two leopards were found dead in Uttar Pradesh's Pilibhit and Shravasti districts on March 28. In Pilibhit, a leopard was found floating in a canal in the Mala Range area of the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve. In Shravasti, a male leopard was discovered dead in bushes near the India-Nepal border. The causes of death are under investigation by the respective forest departments.
