Navi Mumbai Police has apprehended two juveniles aged 15 and 17 for allegedly stealing 13 motorbikes in Thane. The juveniles were not motivated by money but the thrill of joyriding, as they would ride the bikes until fuel ran out and abandon them. The police traced them using CCTV footage from 110 locations and recovered all the stolen vehicles.
