💨 Abstract
On March 6, two suspected overground workers of terrorists were detained in Jammu and Kashmir under the Public Safety Act (PSA). Bhuttu from Kathua and Manzoor Ahmed alias Furqan from Ramban were accused of illegal activities and anti-national acts, respectively. Both were apprehended and are currently in jail. The PSA allows detention without trial for up to two years in some cases.
