💨 Abstract

In Maharashtra's Palghar district, two men from Bihar, who were industrial laborers, were killed by a train at a shut railway crossing while trying to cross it to make household purchases. One person survived with severe injuries. The accident occurred due to the lack of an alternative route for crossing from east to west, despite the crossing being shut for many years.
