💨 Abstract

A five-year-old tiger was captured from the Bijrani range of the Corbett Tiger Reserve for relocation to the Rajaji Tiger Reserve to enhance the tiger population. The tiger will undergo health checks and will be the fifth and final tiger to be transferred as part of a project. Previously, four tigers were successfully transferred, one of which gave birth to four cubs but two were killed by leopards.
