💨 Abstract
Union Minister Shantanu Thakur laid the foundation stone for a single-lane bridge over the Ichamati river in West Bengal. The bridge, built by the Inland Waterways Authority of India, will cost Rs 16 crore and ensure safer transit and unhindered river navigation. Thakur also announced plans for another bridge at Taranipur, and the development of National Waterways 44.
