Sanjita Mohapatra, the CEO of Amravati Zilla Parishad in Maharashtra, overcame significant obstacles to become an IAS officer. Born into a poor family in Rourkela, Odisha, Mohapatra was almost abandoned due to her mother's desire for a male child. With the help of her elder sister, she completed her education and eventually earned a degree in mechanical engineering.
