💨 Abstract

A 51-year-old man was arrested in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh for allegedly raping his 11-year-old daughter over a two-month period from September 1 to November 1. The girl had been staying with her maternal grandparents since her mother left for Bangladesh last year. After her mother returned, she informed the police about the incidents, leading to the man's arrest and subsequent judicial custody.
