💨 Abstract

In Maharajganj, UP, a 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 19-year-old man named Namvar alias Mani, who had been in a relationship with her for 1.5 months and had proposed marriage. The accused was arrested on Saturday under relevant sections of the Indian legal code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The case is currently under investigation.
