In Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, two individuals were arrested for illegally poaching turtles. The arrested are Ranjeet Halghar and Uttam Bachar, while their third accomplice, Vishwajit Halghar, remains at large. Six Schedule-1 species and one Schedule-2 turtle were recovered from the accused.
